Matthew 13:19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside.
Matthew 13 shows that you will lose the Word if you do not understand it. Don’t you be one of those Christians who have lost their divine hope, causing it to go back to human hope. This also caused their divine faith to return to faith of the senses.
The hope of God can become choked out of your spirit. It is then replaced by unproductive hope that comes from Satan’s ideas and programs. These things choke off hope which removes the goal or blue-print for your faith.
Your hope comes from one of two places. Divine hope, will come from the Word of God, or human hope will come from the news media, or other sources. Don’t let the cares of this world choke and destroy your divine hope.
